Activant LPS's are formally educated in a related field and recruited from top-rated schools and military.

Product-specific training is completed at an Activant-designated training center; Activant LPS's complete coursework on a monthly basis.
Training environment includes classroom in addition to NETg, Placeware, Robodemo and other multi-media formats.
LPS's are tested to ensure they master both technical skills and customer skills.
Every LPS is Dell- and SonicWALL-certified Security Administrator.
The average Activant LPS tenure is over 10 years.
Platform Services consistently creates high levels of customer satisfaction as indicated by a prognostics-style survey.
