• Vision SupplyPoint+ - Vision SupplyPoint+ ("VSP+") is a directly integrated, branded e-store option for office products dealers who use Activant Vision back office solution.  VSP+ e-store lets you enable your customers with 24 x 7 order convenience through your own branded internet web site. VSP+ supports high volume B-2-B and B-2-C purchasing with budget limits, approval routing, user lists, wholesaler and dealer custom content, dealer ranked searches, and a variety of customer-centric features. Customer self-service for ordering, returns, account statements, user administration, and usage downloads provide customer convenience and help you reduce service costs.           

• PocketVision - PocketVision provides route delivery management and electronic signature capture on mobile handheld PocketPC devices for dealers using Activant Vision. PocketVision offers a delivery progress dashboard for operations management. Devices download manifests, sequence stops, display order/credit/COD pickup info, capture signatures and transmit back to Vision for paperless proof-of-delivery. Drivers can trigger special alerts to customer service or sales for immediate follow-up on short orders, new orders, or other unusual opportunities.  Delivery metrics are collected so the delivery process can be optimized and there is awareness of order delivery status without the need for costly GPS tracking.
