Drill down from the Executive Summary for detailed information on any of the items. For example, view a salesperson's year to date sales and compare them to last year's. Drilling down on the AR summary will give you a fully interactive aged trial balance.

The Order Entry component allows your employees to enter orders directly into the Activant Silk system even when they're not on-site.
This on-line accessibility means that sales reps can enter orders any time - even when they're on the road. All they need is access to the Internet and a SAGRO User account.
Manage service calls in real-time. With the full-featured Service component you can look up work orders and equipment on-line and create and dispatch work orders, using an interface similar to Silk's on-line processing.
