The following AConneX services may be unavailable during the maintenance period:

  • Store and Warehouse Inquiry and Central Services Communications
  • Service Dealer Communications (PartOrderConneX)
  • AConneX Seller Communications
  • Secure ConneX
  • Manufacturer eServices Web Portal
  • Hosted Web ePartExpert Catalogs
We will update the status when we've completed the maintenance and AConneX has been restored to normal functionality. No action should be required on your behalf. If your system does not automatically re-connect to AConneX, please contact Epicor Support at 1-800-678-7423.
