All AConneX Services are online and functioning normally. If your AConneX enabled system or software is experiencing problems with sending or receiving orders or connecting to the AConneX service, please contact Activant Support at 1-800-678-7423 or login using EntryPoint or Activant iSupport.
If you are an installer utilizing software that is having problems with connecting to AConneX, please contact your primary distributor or the provider of the software or Web browser-based application you are using.
