David Petroni

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

David joined Activant in December 2006 as senior vice president of Corporate Development. Prior to Activant, David held various M&A and finance leadership positions at PeopleSoft, Vignette (via its acquisition of OnDisplay), GE Information Services and National Semiconductor. Most recently, David was the chief financial officer of Valchemy, Inc.

David graduated from the University of California at Davis, having earned bachelor’s degrees in both Agricultural Managerial Economics and Political Science. David also holds an MBA with honors from Georgetown University.
